Apologies for the quality - the only copy we have in archives is a photocopy. This one was almost totally black and I had to work a lot on it, wondering all the while whether or not it was worth the effort. If anybody out there has this photo, I would LOVE it if they could please send the original (I'll return it safely) or else could they please scan it.
